SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the timeframes we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS (not UPS). We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes AffirmMePlease to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees AffirmMePlease may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders could take longer than 10-14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
Shipping Fees Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from affirmmeplease.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivery Policy
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. AffirmMePlease does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we are not responsible for any postal delays.
Delivery Claims
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
AffirmMePlease does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out of Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, AffirmMePlease reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, AffirmMePlease reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, AffirmMePlease reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Shipping FAQs
Q: What is your current production time?
A: New orders are typically shipped within 10-14 business days. You will receive your tracking number at that time. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 5-7 business days for US destinations. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive.
Q: Do you offer rush delivery options?
A: We do not currently offer the option to rush an order. We process orders in the order they are received.
Q: Can you remove the price when shipping the order for a gift?
A: The order ships with a pack list that does not contain the price.
Q: My order appears stuck in “pre-shipment.” What should I do?
A: Orders are usually dropped at the post office Monday - Friday. If your order is still in “pre-shipment” after 3 business days, please email support@affirmmeplease.com with your order number and issue.
Q: My order appears stuck “in transit.” What should I do?
A: If your order’s tracking does not update for 2 weeks, we will send another order. Please email support@affirmmeplease.com with your order number and issue.
Q: I only received part of my order. Where is the rest of my order?
A: Depending on your order, you may receive multiple mail pieces. For any inquiries, please email support@affirmmeplease.com with your order number and issue.
Q: The tracking information shows delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
A: Occasionally, the post office will mark an order “delivered” before making the delivery. If you don't have your order within 5 business days of the “delivered date,” please email support@affirmmeplease.com with your order number, issue, and mailing address.

AffirmMePlease issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

Is cancelled by AffirmMePlease

One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed.

Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

AffirmMePlease will take up to 10 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 15 business days to post to your account.
If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Refund/Exchange Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can you reship my order to my correct address at no charge to me?
A: No. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. We will not reship orders that were incorrectly addressed at no cost. You will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Q: Do you offer refunds for reasons outside of the above?
A: No. We do not provide cash refunds.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: No. We do not offer exchanges.
Q: I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
A: We create all items with care and upon order. For this reason, when possible, we will only be able to cancel an order within 24 hours of the time we received it.
We cannot cancel your order if it is currently being processed or has been shipped. We will accept returns for accidental orders as long as the item(s) is in its original, unopened AffirmMePlease package.
